Anysee E30PS Plus is a TV tuner box that allows you to watch and record digital TV on your computer. Known Issues with this Device & Troubleshooting
- The device may not be recognized by the computer if the driver is not properly installed. Ensure that the correct driver is downloaded and installed.
- Audio may be present but has no sound
- Open Equalizer and change to Bypass mode
- Missing Channels
- Check connected Antenna/Cable reliably sources broadcasting signal, confirm signal compatibility.
- TV Viewer Locked Out: reinstall/download Factory version of TV viewer or its compatible version, run file in admin local
