To extend the longevity of printer and ensure optimal performance, use genuine PVC cards and cleaning kits. False laminates can also scratch the printing ribbons and, thereby, reduce functionality or form banding on prints.

• If print slows or stops midway into a print job, refactor the roll or tighten properly/replace as pad.
