Known Issues and Troubleshooting

There have been reports of this device struggling to maintain strong GPS connectivity in areas with lots of tall buildings or dense tree cover. If a strong GPS signal isn't being received it's helpful to move to an area with a clearer view of the sky. Additionally, keep this device updated and use the latest drivers.
