Known Issues

• Screen flickers occur occasionally (Audio & Video are normal)
• The network may disconnect during playback of DVD DL when Dolby Vision Enhancer is ON, or during FLAC playback.

Troubleshooting

• Issue 1: Picture and/or sound is not shown

  Troubleshoot: Check the HDMI cable connection or change the HDMI cable to a new one, check if the TV Input is set to the correct input, etc.

• Issue 2: The remote control does not work

  Troubleshoot: Check if the batteries are properly installed, batteries are drained or Pair the remote with device again or use the default reset-option available.



The Driver

The device comes with firmware version firmware 1.69 which is pre-installed with the device.

However, if you wish to update the driver, you can download it from the official Panasonic website or contact Panasonic customer care for technical support. As it is a plug-and-play device, the drivers are easily available on the official site for download.
